Three halls
The large and the small hall are for group classes — from therapeutic exercise and Pilates to taekwondo and folk dance. The pool is the third, with a rhythm of its own: open swimming from the morning, coached lessons, aqua aerobics and baby swimming with a parent.
Salt water
Most pools are disinfected with heavy chlorination — and you can tell: your eyes sting, your skin feels tight, your hair dries out, and the smell stays on you for hours. With salt water the disinfection comes from the salt itself, with a many times lower concentration of chlorine. The result is water as soft as the sea: no smell, no stinging, no drying out.
That is why the pool suits even the most sensitive — babies, pregnant women, people with allergies or skin conditions — and why there is baby swimming with a parent here, and lessons for swimmers getting into the water for the first time.
27 kinds of class
The weekly schedule carries 198 sessions of 27 kinds — from therapeutic exercise and yoga to taekwondo and folk dance at three levels: beginners, intermediate and advanced. 140 of them are in the pool. The whole timetable is on the Weekly schedule page.
Not just a gym
The centre doesn’t end with the halls. There is also a bar with a terrace — shakes, drinks and fruit, and somewhere to sit down after a workout.
