What data we collect and why
The website in its current form has no sign-up or order forms — the schedule, prices and services can be viewed freely, without entering any personal data. We process personal data in the following cases:
Correspondence by phone and email
When you call or write to the centre, we process the data you give us yourself — for example your name and phone number or email address — only to answer your enquiry.
Technical data from hosting
The provider that hosts the website automatically records technical data about each page load (e.g. IP address, time of the request) in its own server logs — standard practice for the security and operation of any website, not specific processing on our part.
Analytics data — only with consent
The website uses no traffic analytics tools and sets no analytics cookies. If we add such tools in the future, they will load only after your explicit consent through a banner (see the Cookie policy).
Legal basis
We process data on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering an enquiry you have made voluntarily, or on the basis of your consent — for example for analytics cookies. Where processing is connected with providing a service, the basis is the performance of a contract or taking steps before entering into one.
Retention periods
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected — for example for as long as the communication about your enquiry lasts — unless the law requires a longer period (e.g. accounting legislation for financial documents). After that the data is deleted or anonymised.
Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data and do not share it for other parties’ marketing. Data may reach processors we rely on for the website to work:
- the website’s hosting provider (Netlify);
- the provider of the content management system (Sanity) in which the website’s content is entered;
- Google — for the embedded map (Google Maps) on the home page and on “Contact”, which loads from Google’s servers and may set Google’s own cookies (see the Cookie policy).
Transfers outside the EU
The providers above may process data on servers outside the European Union. When this happens, we rely on the safeguards they provide for such cases — standard contractual clauses or a European Commission decision on an adequate level of protection.
Your rights
With regard to your personal data, you have the right to:
- access the data we process about you;
- have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected;
- have the data erased (“the right to be forgotten”), under the conditions of the law;
- restrict processing for certain purposes;
- object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- data portability, where applicable;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.
