Acceptance of the terms

By visiting the website or the centre, you accept these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website or visit the centre.

Services offered

The centre offers a gym, a swimming pool, group classes, a spa and relaxation zone, massages, a solarium and a bar with a terrace. The full description of each service is on the Services page, and the times of the group classes are in the weekly schedule.

Prices and payment

Current prices for all services are published on the Prices page — for a single visit or a monthly pass, as stated for each item. The methods of payment accepted on site at the centre are still to be confirmed and added here.

House rules

The centre’s house rules — clothing and footwear requirements, access for unaccompanied children, minimum ages for individual classes and the like — are still to be agreed with the centre and added here. Until they are confirmed, this page deliberately contains no invented rules.

Cancellation, refunds and changes to a booking

The conditions for cancelling a visit or a pass, cancellation deadlines and any refunds depend on the centre’s house rules, which have not yet been provided to us. We do not invent such conditions here — they will be added once confirmed.

Complaints

If you believe a service was not provided as described, you can make a complaint on site at the centre or using the contact details above. Complaints are handled under the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act.

Applicable law and dispute resolution

Matters not covered by these terms are governed by the Bulgarian legislation in force, including the Consumer Protection Act. In a dispute you can also turn to the Commission for Consumer Protection (CCP), www.kzp.bg.

For online resolution of disputes between consumers and traders in the EU, you can use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution (ODR) platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Changes to the terms

These terms and conditions may be updated. The current version is always published on this page.
